Quincy's Cafe is a locally owned and operated coffee house, intent on fostering a communal culture through diverse music and art. Our café is clean, warm and inviting, providing our customers with a superior dining and social ambiance. We proudly serve freshly-brewed, Direct Trade* Intelligentsia coffee Organic** Black Cat Espresso and Organic Loose Leaf Teas. In addition to our premium coffee and tea selections, we are committed to offering gourmet food options for all dietary needs, including vegan, gluten free and vegetarian. Quincy's Cafe' strives to source its offerings (be it food, beverage or artistic) from local and regional suppliers.

* Direct Trade Coffee is purchased directly from growers at a price that is on average nearly 25% higher than the minimums required by Fair Trade certification.

**Organic coffees are produced by farmers who avoid the use of bio-persistent nonselective chemical pesticides, fungicides and fertilizers. Farmers emphasize the use of renewable (or sustainable) resources and the conservation of soil and water to enhance environmental quality for future generations.
